Ingredients	Fish oil (titrated to 75% in total omega-3s, of which at least 50% DHA and 20% EPA); excipients (softgel): edible gelatin and glycerin.
Directions for use	We recommend that you take 1 softgel one to three times a day during meals (4 to 3 tablets a day).
Warnings	Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be included in an overall healthy lifestyle.
